For me it has been unsweet black tea. The caffeine in the tea gets me through the day, and it’s my morning habit beverage since I don’t like coffee. I still get sugar cravings, but after a while, they’re not nearly as bad as I they used to be. But if I get any refined sugars in my system during my evening eating window, all the cravings come right back!
Strange that I only really dealt with this for two days. I have limited my cards during eating period so maybe that helps. My final meal is typically no carbs so maybe that helps the following morning.
I’m so new to this that my thoughts/experience may not actually make any sense to the pros here.
