how do i know at what points i will get hungry?

i’m VERY new to fasting, and have done it like maybe twice in the past

for the past few days i’ve been fasting around 22 hours a day.

what ive been doing is eating dinner around 6pm, and some days having a snack around 8pm, then not eating until 6pm the next day.

i usually get hungry like 2 hours after i last eat, then after i wake up around 5:30am i don’t feel hungry until around 10am, then i’m hungry until around 3pm, then just eat at 6pm.

but if i ever want to start fasting longer, how do i know at what points will i be hungry so i can plan for it? is there a way to predict it, or is it completely different for everyone?

Answer

Dependent on your body, I think. Best way to prepare for it is to have a plan when it becomes problematic - drink water, do something to keep your mind busy.

It’s a mental challenge. It is okay for your body to feel hunger, it’s just difficult to push through that hunger.
