How do you all fit in workouts?

I used to IF for 24 hours twice a week. Then I fell in love and other stupid things. Long story short, it has been a truly horrific year and I ate some pain. Mostly in the form of peanut butter.

I have continued to workout like a small maniac, but reductions are made in the kitchen, not the gym. I am currently doing 19/5 working up to 20/4. How do you all fit in workouts? I like to lift for 30 minutes 4-5 days a week followed by 45 minutes or so of cardio (biking) and then walking my dogs for about an hour each day. All is fine, except even as new as I am to fasting again, I don’t want to/don’t feel I can lift weights. I just hope on a treadmill or bike for an hour and a half. Anyone else have that experience? Insights and suggestions welcome.

For ref. I am 5’5” and 152lbs. I want to get to 140lb. (I am very dense in the body-sense of the word. )

Thanks!

Fellow peanut butter addict here. That’s how’s I gained 20lb working from home.I’ve been walking for an hour during my lunch break and in the afternoons if time allows. Im just getting into the habit again and slowly trying to make time and it’s increased significantly since day one from 2 miles to about 7 miles. I have to plan around family responsibilities, but it’s getting easier. I won’t go to a gym because I feel like it’s a chore. Also, I ride my bike with my family when I can.

Other than social time, my day is just work and walk and hopefully work out lol.

I work from home, and am trying to do 15 mins of yoga video on each break but that never happens. Dog walk at lunch, dog long walk at 4:00. 2 organized sports during the week, and trying to structure weight days otherwise. Yoga weekends.
Just joined a gym with a friend 2 days a week, hoping to do upper/lower sort of

On the days I can’t, just showing up to do anything is key.

See I’m still going to the gym and won’t stop that, I just don’t feel like I could lift. I hate cardio with a passion but that’s what I’ve been doing all week because it’s what I felt I could do.

I’m doing somewhere between an hour and an hour and a half of cardio at the gym and then walking two dogs throughout the day for about 45 minutes.

I eat 1pm-5pm and lift weights around 5-6am most days, not the most optimum for nutrient timing but been doing it for years.

When I first started it was hard to lift right after waking fasted but now I’m uses to it. Feel weaker if I lift in the evening after eating.
