I am about to start my IF regime (16:8) I m also actively performing strength training.
*How shall I accommodate my IF along with my workouts?
*can I do IF along with my workout?
Normally I eat twice a day( lunch and dinner)

you can break your fast either before or after, I tend to do a light snack before a workout, if I feel like it, and my main meal is often afterwards.
