My way to do it is to just to constantly measure my progress, I’m not looking for perfection, I’m looking to always be progressing.
What’s your way?
I go for a walk and I listen to uplifting music. On the days that I’m really emotional or mad, I find myself walking up to 5 miles and I just keep pushing myself. Eventually I find a beautiful place that I could take a break and just sit and enjoy nature around me. When I get in this funk, I found dwelling very toxic and I do my best to distract myself. I’m lucky because my brother is doing keto and even though we live in different states we still text each other our progress. That’s been really helpful too. But Reddit is the best!
