How does ramen broth affect fasting?

I’m attempting a 21 day fast for fat loss, and I have never gone past 3 days before. Yesterday was my 3rd day, I felt sick and had a bad headache at night, so I took some of the ramen broth that came with the ramen my friend ordered. Today I feel normal as I just woke up. So I just want to know how it affects my fast, does it reset?

Answer

It was probably the salt in the broth that made you feel better. Day 3 is usually the worst day. How did you prepare for your fast? What is your regular diet like? If you are a lot of junk before hand the first couple of days are harder. Why are you fasting? If it’s just for weight loss you’re fine.

Answer

If you don’t mind a “dirty fast”, I’d say you’re good, keep going ! It probably helped because of the salt in the broth, do you take electrolytes ? It’s really important to supplement with electrolytes while fasting.
