Hi I would like to fast twice a week but I am studying for an exam and honestly eating nothing at all leaves me feeling weak and lethargic. I would like to consume bone broth. Is this ok?

I would like to do coconut water too but maybe that isn’t a good idea because of the sugars?
Dr Fung had a list of things he approves. Broth and even coffee with some cream he’s fine with if you are doing fasting for weight loss. He also thinks you should change it up so do what feels best. Start with what you want and then maybe tighten it up if you want to over time.
