How fast can the body convert fat to water?

Title. I have tried googling it but nothing substantial comes up. Anyone have any links to first hand knowledge?

Answer

i guess you mean while dry fasting. for me it is usually already after 24hr i lock into this stable rhythm when i pee every day once. pretty constant output 1 pint/ 0.5L
yes peed in the jar to see how it looks. usually after a day there is a sediment what some say is cellular debris that couldn’t burned off by autophagy.
or if you meant that “how long is chemical process of extracting the water from the fat cell” that i do not know.

In the 20 questions book by Filonov, he says “up to 1 liter edogenous (metabolic) water is released for every kilogram of broken down adipose mass (or glycogen) daily.” He goes on to talk about how in normal temp conditions, and reduced metabolism, the amount is more than enough for the body.
