Completely cured my eczema. I had a patch on my back that previously never went away. I would get flare ups on my cheeks and eyelids in the winter and on my neck in the summer. Since completing my 4.5 day dry fast the patch on my back is gone and I haven’t had any flare ups since. That was a little over a year ago.

you might wanna try without eggs too for a while. month or two. or if you cant then at least without egg whites. some folks are sensitive to eggs or just egg whites as well. some say that blackheads depend on hormones as alot. so check everything that may affect that. dryfasting rebalances hormones but it is very individual what type and length fast would be best for you. for me it is some 5+ days dry and 7+ days water fast when is see noticeable positive change in skin. first it goes bad- skin gets gray and flaky or yellow and overall sick looking and maybe pimples and stuff but then it takes a turn and becomes clear and glowing and decade younger. you have to experiment. good thing is also skip washing your face with products for a week (maybe every month once) - just gently rubbing it in the shower or splashing cool water on it and patting gently dry with a towel or let it air dry. that rebalances necessary oils and sebum and ph levels. it may look and feel gnarly at first but then it bounces back. healthy and normal is that your skin has protective layer on that might look oily or dirty for estheticians standards. i choose healthy over fashion and my skin looks 10+ years younger than my age. never put anything on it or had any regimen.
if your insides aren’t healthy and happy then no amount of products from outside ain’t gonna fix it. deep breaths, maximum sleep, pure water, clean food and everything else in moderation is all you need

My skin has become noticeably clear, I also am eating Keto in which I try to stick to 20 carbs or less(protein, veggies, fruit, maybe a keto snack, when I do eat). But fasting has made my skin glow and blemish free, it’s so worth. Also, side note: I started adding liquid chlorophyll to a cup or two of water here and there which is supposed To help with your skin like 10-15 drops got it off Amazon. Good luck!
