I started 18/6 on Monday, eating window 12 noon till 6 pm. Eating a lower calorie diet when eating and at a calorie deficit as I’ve been 5-7 km hillwalking every day. With 2 10km cycles. Just wanting a gauge on what I would expect to lose. M32 6ft1 SW:110.7kg.
It takes a while. I’d suggest OMAD and trying out a ketovore/carnivore diet. That way you don’t have to worry about calorie restriction. Also, by doing this, you can see what foods affect how you feel and your weight, when/if you add them back. Instead of counting calories, lose the carbs!
IMHO, what you are eating matters more than exercise.
I’ve lost 8 pound In 5 weeks and I’m 5’0” and was 132. The weight is coming off faster now and I feel great. Very little exercise yet, as I have chronic back pain.
