i feel sooo guilty. ive only had less then 500 calories today, and ive only been fasting for 2-3 days 16 hours no eating. did i ruin it?? are the 2-3 days all for nothing? it was so hard. but i am coming off of a very high sugar diet so i’m not surprised to have cheated.
I DID NOT EAT DURING MY FASTING WINDOW, ONTL DURING THE EATING WINDOW. THE SUGAR IS WHAT IS MAKING ME FEEL SO BAD
my goal is to lose weight. i’m not too worried about my health because i’m young and not overweight, but getting in shape is a nice bonus.
so did i just completely screw the whole thing up?
by the way i mention the pizza because i’m trying to follow a low carb diet
Nope. I had 12 pc wings and 3 beers a few days ago. They’re called cheat meals and they serve a valuable purpose.
What might ruin your goals is being too hard on yourself. Be kind to you and if you slip up, it’s not going to derail anything. Stay focused on your goals and you’ll do fine.
You’d be surprised at how your body reacts. If you get back to it tomorrow, you’ll probably have a brief acceleration of weight loss over the next few days. The scale may go up or not move for a day or 2, but you’ll drop more than you would’ve had you not “cheated”.
