I started IF January 1st 🥰 I’m doing 18:6 and have had 1 cheat day. Sometimes I calorie count if I need guidance once in awhile to make sure I don’t over do it. I plan on starting gym walks on Saturday. I believe my starting weight was around 265 but could be more.
So I got these pair of pants for Christmas that I could not button. I figured about 3 inches before I could. My stomach is my biggest problem.
I tried them on and they buttoned up AND zippered. The feeling is AMAZING 👏
Woot! That’s huge!! I almost never weighed myself. Only at the doctor. Just go by how you look, how you feel, and how your clothes fit (or how they stop fitting and you need a new wardrobe)

Congrats! There are so many victories beyond seeing the number on the scale. Such as how your clothes fit and your strength and endurance at the gym. I’ve learned that the scale is not the end all be all!!
