Scales?

Hi there.

I always weigh myself on the same scale in same spot.

I did put a weight on it to make sure it’s accurate:)

It’s a cheap dial scale from Walmart.

When I went to dr I was 7 lbs heavier, but I did have clothes on and drank water after my workout that day.

Question: is my scale right or wrong?

Answer

First off I would not use a dial scale. Like ever. You need a digital scale that will tell you your weight to the tenth of a pound. 141.3, 209.7, etc. That tenth of a pound measurement is really important. Well for me it is anyway. So in my opinion. Upgrade your scale.
