Hi everyone! How do you manage to balance work and IF? Ever since I started working again I can’t manage to go with the 16:8 schedule I used to and it bothers me a lot cause it was extremely helpful not only for my physical but also for my mental health. Do you guys have any tip? Thank you all xx
It’s a challenge for me, too. I only work in the office a couple of days a week, but I get a lot of pressure to join in on team or all-staff lunches. One of my teammates struggles with ED and I don’t feel like I can tell her or others that I’m doing IF, so on those days when I can’t get out of social eating I just adjust my eating window for those days.
