I feel exhausted all the time

Idk why Especially in the mornings I find it extremely difficult to get out of bed and I do drink water , water with Himalayas salt etc and nothing helps

I’m tired of feeling like this

The only way I feel a million bucks is if I drink coffee but I don’t want to be dependent on that plus then that messes up my sleep at night

I just wish I had natural energy :(

Seriously so frikken exhausting I feel mentally broken sometimes :(

You may be deficient in thiamine. Speak with your doc and have a blood test done to see if you need to take some supplements. I have trouble getting to sleep and have been taking 10g of melatonin which does help me sleep and feel more refreshed in the morning.
