What time of day do you eat and what time of day do you normally have a bowel movement?
My theory is around the time you eat, you will poop.

I only have a BM every few days, usually it’s late morning and I eat from 430pm to 830pm. Sometimes it’s in the evening after I eat but only if I eat one really big meal instead of a few smaller ones in my window.
