Hi everyone, I’m currently on 16/8 fasting and got many questions for you. I find it hard to find answers on the internet and seems like no one seems to have a direct answer.
-is black coffee really good while fasting or does it breaks the fast?
-i do 16/8, sometimes i start at 20h and sometimes at 22h, but always go for 16 hours. Does it makes it less effective?
-if i fast 6 days on 7 is it less efficient? Is there such a thing as a streak or something?

If you want to fast dirty, you can have flavoured sparkling water.
Black coffee helps in fasting longer and does not break fast at all.
Its really great if you are streching it beyond 16 hours as it would definitely reflect in your progress.
Fasting streak is really great to keep your fasting on track and get consistent results but skipping one day won’t break your progress. It’s better to have one day off if it keeps you consistent the rest of 6 days.
