I am currently on Keto but have decided to include intermittent fasting also as I like the idea and think it may help a little. I know many with probably advise against it but I’m going to do a 10:4 fast, eating between 4pm - 8pm.
I understand that water will be my friend whilst doing this, but I think coffee will be too - my main question here is whether I need to drink coffee black or whether I can have milk in my coffee and even have a latte?

I worked my way up to black coffee. It took me probably a week or so to stop using any sort of cream or sugar. 4 years on and I still can’t have anything in my black coffee. I tried as a “treat” to have some sweetness in my coffee once in awhile and it was not good anymore.
