I know lemon juice and the like will break a fast, are there any options that will work with IF to make things less plain when fasting?
Do you hate it more than your hate your currently state of being? If you do hate it more than the way your look or feel then change nothing. If you don’t then relish in the fact that every sip of pain water is solving your problem and not contributing to it.
Also, zero calorie flavorings contain artificial sweeteners - which break your fast. Be aware of that.
