Seriously, though: nothing. As annoying as it is, it means your fast is working.
Breaking down stored glycogen will produce water. Every gram of glycogen you’re holding right now will result in 3 grams of water when “burned”. Likewise, as you start to consume your body fat, the ratio is about 1.2:1 water produced per weight of fat. It adds up.
As you deplete salts from food abstention, you’ll be less able to retain water, meaning even more goes swirling down (hence your need for electrolytes).
You can’t get away from this, and don’t skimp on water to reduce it.
