I need help getting started

I need to cut 20 lbs in the next 6 weeks. I know it’s fast but I have it to loose and I know it’s possible

I workout 6-7 days per week, lifting and HIIT cardio. Typical diet is 5-6 meals per day totaling around 3200 cals

6ft 250 lbs 20ish% body fat

My “healthy sorta lean” weight has always been around 220-230 and I need to get down to that quickly for work

I’ve never fasted before and I am a very hungry person lol. Can someone point me in the right direction?

You would need at 1666 cal/day deficit to lose that much weight… unless you count water loss. Fasting should do that for you. I recommend eating keto for a couple of days (with NO artificial sweeteners) before you start fasting. That will help break carb cravings so you are more comfortable fasting. Most people who would call themselves “very hungry” people are actually addicted to processed carbs, and they mistake carb cravings/withdrawal for hunger.
