Hey there! Few years ago I was on a good way. Was at 90 KG. Iam Back to 108. Now i have a daughter, i rly need to Go Back in the horse.

My ankles and health Overall decline.

Remember that this isn’t about weight … it’s about being able to run around the park with your daughter, take her hiking in a few years, play with your grandkids in 30 years. It’s about being able to truly live with the people you love, for a long, long time.

Start slow and easy. Maybe try 16-8 as a starting point. Make one small modification to your food choices (a very easy one is cutting out or reducing soda if you drink it; or drink a full 16 oz of water before everything you eat; swap chips for pretzels or fruit or cheese). Don’t go overboard - just one easy tiny change. Don’t deprive yourself of indulgent foods - indulge intelligently, on truly satisfying things. Those cheap candy bars are calories and fat for very little payoff, but when you go out for a nice dinner with the family, get a fancy dessert to share with your spouse.

Do that until it is effortless, at least 3 weeks. Then add another small change and tweak your fasting hours. Rinse and repeat.

When you get tempted to cheat, look at your daughter and ask yourself - do you want some food right now, or do you want to be able to go for a hike with her in 20 years? It’s an easy call.
