I think fasting has all but cured my depression and anxiety.

I’m not saying they’re totally gone, but I am saying that the actual feeling of depression or anxiety in me has evaporated during my 48-72 hour fasts. Anyone else experienced anything similar?

I don’t have any situations like that to fix but i have been getting thicker everywhere and just feeling wonky. I’m new to this but it seems so much easier than counting carbs. And I’ve been following the news on leanness for longevity for a while and it definitely makes sense.

Almost every disease seems to be traced to the fact that we did such a good job working ourselves out of being an agrarian society that now so many are overfed if not obese. And a lot of people still eat like they are going out to do 12 hours of manual labor on the farm instead of sitting at a computer.

I passed my unintentional 36 hour mark and didn’t even notice because I was doing side hustle work so I decided to go for 48. Looking forward to wearing some Ocean Pacific shorts I have not worn forever. I think mastering this can do it.
