My anxiety gets really bad sometimes I have to lay in the ground for at least 15 mins before things subside.
>!There were days before the pandemic where I used to throw up every morning before going to class or work. It reached a point I stopped eating breakfast thinking it will stop and it was way worse and was just throwing up straight bile.!<
I’ve always had anxiety but now it’s way milder. Those problems that I used to have seem even funny to think about when you are starving to death lol (ik you are not actually starving but it feels like it)
Friend, it’s my understanding that anxiety mostly stems from nutrition. Have you done much research into this area? Are you getting enough of all the vital nutrients? Do you continue to put junk into your body?
A healthy body state will naturally support a healthier mind. If you begin dry fasting with a malnourished body you very well may exacerbate problems.
Other areas to look into would be parasitical infections, electromagnetic radiation exposure, and the quality of your water. Cheers.
I felt the most improvement in my anxiety after I dry fasted for 6 days. On day 4 it became the worse then after the 96th hour and each hour thereafter, the anxiety steadily improved for the better. Short fasts can remedy temporary symptoms, I did numerous 24-60 hour dry fasts earlier in the year however those didn’t really address the core issue of anxiety, felt more like a breath of fresh air or less emotional weight to carry. With the 144 hour dry fast not only did the anxiety disappear but every consecutive day I could see deeper and clearer within myself and into the reasons why I felt some type of way. A lot of amazing things happen after 100 hours of dry fasting. Just be sure to have daily intake of salt!
I have anxiety and i will tell you that dry fasting may help or worsen your anxiety since anxiety is too complicated to be simply attributed to nutrition.
Yes there have been people that cured their anxiety entirely by nutrition. Its worth a shot, but I wouldn’t place all my coins on this horse.
I recommend ashwagandha for anxiety. Let us know how it went!
