Try rolling fasts 36-48 hours, eat within a small window and then jump straight back into it. Much more manageable. Problem with long fasts (72 hour+) I found is coming off them m, it’s too easy to binge hard and gain lots if not all weight back! Be careful

If you push through it and find an enjoyable all-consuming distraction, you will make it out on the other end without intense hunger and maybe no hunger at all.

But as the other commenter mentioned, longer fasts can result in overeating so if you’re looking for weight loss in the long run it’s probably best not to overdo it.

This was me. I wasn’t even actually hungry last night just bored and wanted to eat. Had to have my spouse talk me down from the ledge of breaking my fast and losing all of my hard work. Woke up feeling fresh and mentally stable. We got this!

Phew, I powered through. I watched a few fasting success stories on YouTube and also some demos of what 1lb and 5lbs of fat actually look like (super gross btw). That helped me stay strong until I went to sleep
