im getting impatient, why am i only losing 2-3 pounds a day when dryfasting💀 i was losing 1-2 a day while eating low calories

yesterday i did a good amount of cardio, i think i should just start going on long walks or something, im at 198 i want to get down to 165 or lower as soon as possible!
Only losing 2-3 pounds a day? You do realize that weight loss takes time and patience and dry fasting loses the most per day? Granted, it is also mostly water weight, but it sounds like you have an unhealthy relationship with the scale. You will see weight loss with time whether fasting or restriction of calories, not in a day. Your body weight fluctuates daily from fluid and food.
