First, English isn’t my first language. I am 1.60 m tall 56 kgs in weight (5’3 and 123 lbs aprox.), I am barely on a good weight but I do excercise regularly (do weight lifting and gym, so I know some of my weight has to do with muscle) but I can’t seem to lose those final pounds and it’s getting super frustrating. I want to fast and can do it regularly, but which method would you recommend for someone who has done almost everything to lose the final pounds (want to weight around 50 kgs or 110 lbs) but I haven’t seen any results.

If you only have ten pounds to lose, then you could do a couple of 3-4 day fasts and eat low carb low sugar between them, and it will go super fast. Or, just do one meal a day for a while until you reach your goal.
