Finally losing my pandemic weight.

Been doing IF 18/6 maybe 4-5 days a week. I eat whatever I want, though have definitely cut down on sugar. I also keep my calories under 2000 every day (I am currently 6 feet tall, 200 lbs). I’ve lost 10lbs since the end of December and am finally beginning to feel like myself. In about a month (after an upcoming move) I plan to start a rigorous fitness program which will likely mean my calories need to go up, but in the meantime I am really happy as this was the first time I ever struggled to lose weight when I was trying.

Congrats! Keep at it.

Just a heads up that when you dive into a new workout routine that that usually comes with some initial water retention. So don’t get discouraged if the scale stalls for a bit. Working out, especially putting on any muscle you can, will only help in the long run.
