the think is i have been 3 days fasting right now, and i got a doubt about saccharin and stevia, witch i use for my tee and coffe, the thing is, this sugar repleacements d not have a big amount of calories, but at the end it does have some, it is like 0,07 Kcal per portion. does this break the fast or affect in some way the fasting?
The calories won’t do much, and they most likely will not raise blood glucose. However, some people have had insulin response from using these, and sweeteners have been known to make food cravings much worse.
