I find that the easiest time for me to be able to work out right now is between 5:30 and 8:30. My workouts are generally a little over two hours, so by the time I get home it is pretty late.
Am I damaging my ability to recover by not eating after the workout?
Unless you’re a pro athlete, or on meds/have health needs, you don’t have to worry about timing anything. Workout when you want.
Ideally, for weight loss, you should be doing a fasted workout to increase fat burning. But you can choose to incorporate that if you find results are slow/non-existant
