Lacking vitamin C, vitamin D, calcium and iodine. It’s also low on carbohydrates maybe add brown rice.
Spinach, kale or broccoli for vitC and calcium.Or citrus fruit for vitC

Berries, peaches, pears, melon. Plain Greek yogurt for the tummy. I use it instead of sour cream to make dip for fruit (add cinnamon & honey) or veggies (I add dehydrated veggie mix – similar to Knorr veg. soup mix but without all the salt & other junk, then garlic, onion, chopped spinach.) I also use it when I make guacamole – half avocado, half yogurt, finely minced jalapenos, chopped tomatoes, a bit of either lemon or lime juice, onion & garlic.
