just completed my first 24h fast!

Just did 24 hours! I got a little obsessed with food the last hour but managed to do it!

I’m breaking my fast with a Jimmy Dean Breakfast Butrito. Because damn am I craving one.

But yeah. Celebrate with me! This was not a small achievement for me.

Yeha when I first started my meals were all carbs, thought it was great! But the weight wasn’t going down much and I was peeing alot especially at night.

Disturbing my sleep, feeling bloated. I stopped IF for abit gained alot of weight.

Came back to it with a different approach, limit the carbs. Ever since then it’s been great…more energy, not tired during the day, less peeing at night. Weight is coming off. Body is slowly adapting to less drinking (hangover days suck, I drink like twice a month now).

We had 2 kids in two years my sleep was really messed up (having another one soon), CBD oil has been amazing for me, getting some deep 6 hours straight sleep at the minimum.

Anyways I went off on a tangent..hope this information helps someone.
