Nice - I used to do 72 hour sessions every other month or so, along with the daily 20:4 or OMAD. Looking into it more, though, it seems like there isnโt really any evidence that doing prolonged fasting like that provides any benefit, and that getting protein every day is much more important. Look into it and see what makes sense to you
