First time ever, it was easy because i had some things to do and my mind wasn’t on food. I only had one green tea, nothing else. It’s easier to fast on days I have things to do or focus on.
I’m hoping to do this once or twice a week to do the 5:2 or 6:1 diet 💪
I’m 41 hours in and it’s been tough. I haven’t done any longer duration fasting for a while, occasional 24 hours but mostly intermittent fasting. I wanted to go to fast 3 days for the autophagy benefits but I may only make it to 48. 😑
