Finished my first 36 hour fast in a long time!

It went well! I had some chicken broth and a lot of tea to get me through, next time will try to only drink tea and water. But I made it!

I think I want to try for a 48 hour once a week, and then 16/8 the rest of the week and see how that goes. I was trying to do 20/4 everyday, and I kept getting hungry. Somehow this was easier lol.

Me too! Finished eating on sunday and broke the fast today’s morning (met). Also planning to do 2 extended fast or one long (Friday evening to Monday morning) fasts every week. Do you have a specific plan on which day you will fast or just go with the flow and do them as it fits?
