The most I’ve done is 5 days. I’ve done countless 1-3 day fasts. Today I want to begin to aim for 14 days.
It is just something I’ve always wanted to do, to say that I’ve done it. But also for all the other added benefits, of course. I’m not planning to weight myself since weight loss isn’t my goal.
I need someone who is also serious about this and is willing to chat and check up on each other throughout the day. Please shoot me a message or a chat request! And if there happens to be an active discord group I’m missing out on, I’d like to know.
The longest I’ve fasted is 6 days (one-time only). I want to fast for longer…. Right now, I’m 42 hours into my fast. I’d like to be your fasting buddy. Fasting helps me get out of slump/depression that I go in/out of every few months. I recognize the onset earlier now… and I know what I can do to help myself get out of it faster. But it doesn’t always work… I’m hoping this one will work since I’m going to add some stretching and light weight lifting to this fast. I’m very determined to start taking care of my body this time.
