What apps are y’all using to track progress. I’m currently doing 8:16 but not strictly and would like to get a bit more serious over the next 6 months.

I liked zero when i was using an app to track. After a while it just became pointless because it just became a routine for me and I didn’t need an app. But I liked zero because it has an easy to use timer and meal tracking and also little challenges you can take on.
