losing 10 lbs? how to do it with IF?

So in the last 2 years I’ve lost 100 lbs simply by not eating anything or with other not so healthy methods. I’m now healthy weight but I would like to lose last 10 lbs to reach my ideal weight. How should I do it with IF? Which if method should i use? And what should I eat when I can? Thank you!

I would suggest you start off with the basic fasting time of 16 hours, which would leave you with a 8 hour eating window. Have you done any IF before? If you haven’t and think 16 hours might be too much, start small at maybe 12 hours and then get your body slowly used to it and then increasing it to 14 hours and until your hit 16 hours. As for food, try and stick to healthy foods and less processed foods. I was at 94 kg when I started and over a period of 10 months, I was able to lost about 14 kg.
