Has anyone ever lost height while fasting? It seems like I did. I think I went from 5’9 -5’7 confirmed today by standing at a similiar height to my GF who is 5’6. What the hell happened? 😭
2” is an extremely drastic height difference to occur suddenly, it would require some pretty big physiological changes you surely would remember. my mom was in a rollover car accident that resulted in 3 compression fractures in her spine and she still “only” lost <1 inch height
maybe you’re imagining it? gf getting taller? different shoes from normal? idk
