Lost weight quick but then ?

So I started fasting for 24 hours on the first. (so it’s not like I’ve been doing this long) I lost 6 pound in 2 days but now 8 days later I’ve gained it all back. I am eating 1300 calories a day I weigh 210lbs and I’m trying to get to 150lbs I know I was over eating before and I am holding myself accountable should I be worried that I gained it all back if I’ve cut my calories by so much.. am I doing something wrong or is it too soon to be worried I’m sure I’m overreacting but I’m literally weighing my food. And calorie counting every little thing…
