Hello! The fastest weight I lost and maintained was 7lbs the first week of OMAD (23:1). With lean protein, salad and fruit. I kept hydrated and took vitamins and I did significantly lower my sugar intake as well.

This will differ from person to person depending on their weight. But I am happy because for me OMAD helps me lose weight and maintain what I lost.
