Magnesium calcium and zinc

Did some random research about different vitamins and minerals and what the best moment of the day is to take them. One of the first articles that came up on google says not to take these three together? It says they can cancel each other out . But most of the supplements we have had at home have had a combination of these three minerals. Any ideas? Also if I go deeper I find articles saying that its actually better to take them together. What is your experience? If any, with taking supplements?

They don’t cancel each other out. Zinc and magnesium work synergistically. Calcium uptake can be lessened if taken with zinc and magnesium, but not cancelled. Take calcium at a different time of the day as insurance. Almost everything is an anti-nutrient to some degree, but we’re not chronically deprived of nutrients, so don’t obsess about it.
