Moodiness, insomnia, restlessness, “hot” unpleasant urination immediately followed by nasal drip?

I haven’t had anything aside from water for at least 24 hours at this point. I haven’t had any luck sleeping and it’s nearly 6am. I had a vicious bout of anxiety while laying down in the dark trying to keep myself breathing. My appendages were tingling as well and my vision, when I blink is almost like TV static. I felt an extreme need to eat anything I could find but refused as well as I could. Instead I waited as long as I could put off the panic and had a glass of water. This triggered a response to pee, which I did. It was an unpleasant, hot feeling. Immediately following the release of urine my nose started heavily dripping. What’s the deal with that? It’s not exactly the first time that’s happened, but it was particularly alarming this time around being that it’s been a day instead of say, three or four.

Any ideas on what’s happening here? I feel better after peeing, but I’m not to keen on the return of the feelings I was feeling any time soon.

Thanks.

I suspect your body is going through some sort of detox. I would back it up to shorter fasts with some pink salt and lower your carbs. I have histamine intolerance and this causes a myriad of symptoms that include poor sleep, post nasal drip, pee that smells funky, etc. Also, you may want to monitor your blood sugar levels.
