I am looking for personal accounts of the most amount of weight lost in the shortest amount of time.

I am hoping to lose around 40 pounds by the end of July through primarily dry fasting. I have done a 9 day water fast once and lost about 11 pounds doing that. I hope to break my personal best with this endeavor. I would love to hear your personal accounts to give me motivation on my own journey. Thanks.
I have lost 8 pounds of something on a 24 hour dry fast. Obviously, that isn’t all fat. I have yet to go more than 30 hours dry fasting. I plan on doing this as soon as this coming Friday. I will keep you posted through post edits.
If I just fast, I lose about 1 to 1.5 kg. But if I also do exercise, I lose 2 to 2.7 kg. So far I have been trampolining and climbing stairs. I also do Callanetics in the morning when I get up. All in all, I do about 2 and a half hours of exercise.
I was 190 dropped to 180 after 2 sessions of dry fasting for 2-3 days in a month. Not impressive by any means but it’s been a month since and the weight is still gone. It should be noted I did a ton of walking, weight lifting, and had my diet dialed in after the first session, the body composition change was more noteworthy than the weight loss.
9 days × 1.4kg, and 1.4-1.5kg is about what you can expect to lose
Im going again now and I’ll post a full report when it is done. I’m going all the way down to 9% BF from 30% so it will take a while.
Main goals are fat loss driving healing of breathing issues and injury healing
