Muscle benefits to snake juice?

So I just started ADHD medication which had kinda allowed the whole fasting thing to become quite a lot easier. I am still big into weight lifting but have noticed my strength disappearing. I also haven’t really been experiencing a lot of the hunger cravings due to the meds so I haven’t been taking any snake juice. So my question is what benefits am I lacking by not drinking snake juice?

Regardless of how adamant Cole is about it: I disagree. Prolonged fasting let alone dry fasting, even with snake juice, is catabolic. Sure your body won’t go for all muscle to burn right away, but it indefinitely will lose some, along with that water weight and fat. When you eat and hit your macros your muscles get the signals sent to them that they need to maintain their size.

This isn’t my opinion it’s a fact and common knowledge. Bodybuilders lose muscle when they eat a deficit to cut BF %. A 10-15% deficit. Not a 100% lol.

Snake juice in theory would only make that aspect of it worse because the longer the fast, the more fat, water weight, and muscle you will lose.

If it were me I’d weigh the pros and cons based on how overweight you are if you’re overweight.

This is turning into a run on storm of a response but I must say: I’ve been on max doses of adderall, vyvanse, concerta, Ritalin, and strattera before. These meds do far more harm than good. You will indefinitely go through phases when you’re on amp salts. Initially it’s roses and butterflies, then it gets somewhat old and routine, then anxiety ramps up, and finally you’ll realize you’re robbing yourself of your personality, have crazy anxiety, and will think you can’t do anything without them. When you stop taking them, the effects left behind are damaging and it sucks. Not to mention you’re taxing your heart for god forbid something very bad to happen sooner than it otherwise would. Weight wise it’s great in the beginning, makes eating small a walk in the park. In time your body will adjust and you’ll be able to eat more. When you’re off them when you decide to stop you will gain weight faster than ever before and it will stick. Lastly the person who literally invented adderall said himself the medication was widely abused/over-prescribed and only intended for 4% of the population; who actually needed it. Doctors prescribe these to 30% of patients who visit them.

Writing this out of a good place wanting well for a stranger. Please don’t take offense. Been running into some crazies on here lately. If you don’t want to listen I understand been there done that just be safe bud.
