Hi all, just wanted to ask for a few simple tips for starting my fast. Anything is helpful thanks.
My advice is to read Dr Jason Fung’s book the complete guide to fasting. I also recommend planning your fast. How long, when you will end, how you will break your fast and what goals you have. I find for me starting on Wednesday night works best for me. The first few days are the toughest so having work distract me helps but when fatigue hits (3rd day for w) I want to be able to rest.
I also recommend journaling and tracking water, supplements, ketones, mood and measurements.
