Finishing my very first 7 day water fast!

I am almost done my very first seven day fast for weight loss. However, while researching and seeing other peoples feedback I’ve noticed people tend to gain their lost weight back.

So my question is, would a diet plan such as- Fasting for 3/4 days a week and refeeding for two days- be a good plan and effective?

Has anyone done or know if this diet plan works for weight loss, aswell as any tips you can give me.

I’m fairly new in the fasting world so anything helps!!

Any type of diet including F or IF will work wonders. Try out all diff types of eating frequencies/timing. If you dont want to gain the water weight back try eating keto( no carb/low carb) during your refeeding. Most importantly get your electrolytes in.
