Back ground info: I do 24-72 hour fasts throughout. Usually I do a 24 hour fast on Monday, Tuesday to Thursday I do a 72 hour fast and I do CICO Friday-Sunday SW: 170 CW: 157 GW: 135 F/19/5’2
I want to take more supplements while I do my 72 hour fast. Even when I take just a multivitamin pill with a large glass of water I get incredibly nauseous for about 15 minutes. Typically I take it after a meal and avoid this but that’s not an option. Any tips to avoid this or should I just stick it out. I want to add magnesium and potassium supplements but I’m worried it will make the nausea worse. Thank you for any responses in advance!
Taking multi vitamins while fasting always make me nauseous so I take them in my eating window, or skip them altogether on EF’s. When doing 72hr ones, I just take the Reset electrolyte fasting capsules which have b vitamins which help with my refeed!
