Can someone pls guide me with some meal ideas how to get 85% fat 15% protein. Spam not available in my country. I do have chicken luncheon meat. I can get: Bacon,eggs,mince meat,cream cheese,olive,pickles
I prefer Olives to the pickles - they’re close to just as salty and you can always (and should) add extra salt. They have some fat and fiber in them too. They pair well with cream cheese, along with the bacon! Mmmm . I like to eat a couple servings of canned jalapenos with all that too - they add a couple of carbs but are also salty but they give the meal a nice kick and those few carbs will burn off within minutes.
Try to eat garlic every day as well, I find it really helps me and gives me even more energy!! Sautee a clove of garlic in the butter (prefer ghee for cooking but use whats at hand) and cook the bacon it it. Consume it all. Lick the bowl/plate clean.
