New to IF 16:8 question about snack/meal

I am starting IF 16:8 where I eat between 10am to 6pm. I am curious if I can start off at 10 am by eating a healthy snack and then we’ll balanced lunch around 12? I am not sure if I should be starting with a meal first, or if a snack is ok? I just don’t want to ruin any results. Thank you!

Personally, I try to avoid snacking/grazing as much as possible. I always break my fast with a meal and strive to only eat 2 meals in my feeding window. Once in a great while I’ll snack or graze, but I like to try and keep that to a minimum.
